Are you an experienced Commercial Broking Team Leader looking for a new challenge in the heart of Kent? If you are, a leading insurance brokerage is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join their team and lead their Commercial Insurance division.

As the Commercial Broking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of brokers and driving the success of the existing business department. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support to your team, and ensuring that targets and objectives are met. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities whilst obtaining terms for an existing portfolio of clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in commercial insurance, as well as previous experience in a management or leadership position. You should possess a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market, including knowledge of various insurance products and industry regulations. In addition, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.
