Barker Munro Recruitment is seeking an experience Injury Claims handler to join this expanding Insurer based near a train station with good links across Kent and into Surrey. 
Responsible for investigating, reserving, and negotiating settlement of complex and high-value personal injury claims. The portfolio of claims will range from between £25k - £150k and will include both litigated and non-litigated claims. You will be assessing indemnity, investigating liability and quantum on motor claims, ensuring that each claim is dealt with thoroughly to limit indemnity spend. Communicating professionally to ensure the policy holders are treated fairly and that the customer receives world class customer service.
We are seeking candidates with experience of handling Technical personal injury claims and with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires strong time management and organisation skills as you will be dealing with fast-track and multi-track bodily injury claims including liability disputes.
