Insurance Team Leader – 6 Month Contract
Barker Munro Recruitment, the Kent based Insurance recruitment specialists, are currently working with a fantastic organisation who are currently looking to recruit an Insurance Team leader to their busy renewals team on a contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled insurance professional to lead a team of broking professionals with day to day management of the team and who can deliver consistently good customer service to clients by ensuring the team is working to it’s best capacity and you are getting the best out of each person in the team.
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Meeting defined key performance indicators and ensuring calls and cases are being handled in the right way
• Overseeing team performance and ensuring the department is running efficiently
• Arrange training activities and manage training strategies for staff members in order to develop people
• Liaising with clients
To be successful for this position you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the insurance industry whilst also demonstrating strong decision making and leadership skills, ideally from a broker, but any insurance background will be considered. You will also be able to set, meet and exceed targets and have a strong customer centric focus whilst be able to lead and motivate staff and develop them.
