Project Support Officer – 6 months Fixed Term Contract 

£25,500 – £29,500

Barker Munro Recruitment are delighted to be working with this Maidstone based organisation who are currently looking to fill the role of Project Support Officer in their offices in Maidstone. My client has recently taken on some new contracts and is seeking an additional person to join the team. This role is being advertised as a 6 months Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities of the Project Support Officer:

  • Provide support to the Project Director and Project Manager, particularly in relation to monitoring the project plan
  • Routine administrative tasks as well as general day to day scheduling of meetings, taking minutes at various project meetings
  • Provide high quality project support
  • Respond to new challenges and opportunities
  • Support the Project Manager in ensuring that the risk register and other key project tools are kept up to date
  • Monitoring the shared mailbox and responding to issues arising and escalating urgent matters as appropriate

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Project support, ideally in an NHS environment
  • Experience of managing meeting administration
  • Experience in a customer focused environment
  • Flexible, responsive and pro-active
  • High level accuracy with an attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of project processes
