Dan started his career in insurance working for RSA as an underwriter before moving into recruitment. With over 14 years recruitment experience spanning across Insurance & IT he has worked for some of the leading names in the recruitment industry. With over 10 years exposure in the insurance recruitment sector, dedicated to the South East of England, he has recruited top to bottom insurance professionals; from Underwriting Assistant up to senior management and divisional heads, across all disciplines of general insurance, working with insurers, national brokers and independent brokers.
In his spare time, he spends time with his wife and kids and tries to enjoy the odd live game of football at White Hart Lane or rugby at Twickenham, if the wife will let him! He is also a Level 1 qualified FA coach and enjoys managing the U7’s football team at Vinters FC.

She is passionate about delivering optimum results to clients and making the candidates recruitment experience a positive one. Well known in her sector, she has successfully recruited across Kent, Surrey and Sussex for Insurers, Brokers, Financial Services and Banking organisations from entry level trainees to Company Directors.
A very proud Mum of two girls, who loves spending quality time with her family. Heather is a dance enthusiast but, these days, prefers to spend her time in the audience rather than on the stage! She has recently returned to Netball and is looking forward to being back on the court soon.

Richards recruitment career started in 2001 with a leading global recruiter and has 12 years specialist finance and accounting recruitment experience across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
During his career Richard has managed established teams, successfully rebuilt under-performing offices, opened new branches and developed new revenue streams whilst maintaining a top consultant spot across his region.
During his spare time he can be found playing Semi-Professional football or enjoying time with his three children and good lady wife Carly.

Neil has over 20 years experience within the Insurance Industry and has now moved to a career within Recruitment. Neil’s insurance experience is extensive and varied having worked within a Personal Lines environment for Royal & Sun Alliance and more recently a Commercial role for NIG – Direct Line Group.
He also spent a number of years working for an insurance broker dealing with both personal and commercial customers. He has experience of Underwriting, Claims Handling, Sales Development and Credit Control roles. With this knowledge Neil has an excellent platform to be able to source the right candidate for the role.
During his career, Neil has held positions that have had strategic responsibility for recruitment so knows what to expect from candidates and is well placed to support candidates through the recruitment process. This responsibility also enables him to understand the expectations of our clients.
When not working Neil can be found spending quality time with his 2 children and wife, Karen.

Simon spent the majority of his career within the high end motor industry working within some of the world’s leading brands before moving into recruitment in 2010. After recruiting across various specialist industries Simon has been recruiting professional Finance & Accountancy staff across Kent for the past 2 years. He has recruited accountancy professionals; from accounts assistants up to senior management, working with SME’s and large corporate organisations focusing on the part qualified marketplace.
Outside of work, he spends the majority of his time with his wife and 2 girls and tries to enjoy the odd game of golf to try and bring his handicap down to a half respectable level. He is also an armchair Manchester United fan and has a real passion for hair care products – as I’m sure you will notice from his profile picture!

Rowena has 17 years of experience working within HR for Professional Services firms in London. Working in large HR teams and with senior figures, Rowena has an excellent understanding of the variety of positions within HR and has gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding of how strategically important the HR function is to businesses.
With a main focus on internal recruitment Rowena has made key appointments from Trainee to Partner and having worked with recruitment agencies in her roles understands first-hand what clients are looking for in a consultant and the pressures on businesses to find the right people.
In 2015, following relocation to Kent, Rowena moved into Recruitment Consultancy and is now delighted to be using her years of HR experience, networks and relationship’s to be a consultant in this field.
Outside of work, Rowena enjoys spending time with her family and friends, usually involving a pub lunch and when the weather permits taking off for the weekend camping. Generally happiest enjoying outdoor pursuits she also enjoys cycling and walking, whilst improving her golf swing is on the list for 2017!

After studying a degree in Sports Marketing at Coventry University, Mike started his career in insurance back in 2009 working for Sterling Insurance Group as a Claims Handler. Working in a fast paced claims department he dealt with a wide variety of personal insurance products such as personal accident, personal injury and income protection. During his time at Sterling he also worked on contracts for large banks such as Barclays, Lloyds, TSB and RBS dealing with claims against their mortgage, loan, credit card and life protection insurances.
During his spare time he is golf and football fanatic so will often been found walking the local links or playing football in the local Kent leagues.

Emma began her career within household claims over 12 years ago and later progressed into a Commercial Account Handler position within Marsh insurance group and then Jelf. During this time she gained the Cert CII and is part way through her Dip CII qualification. Following her career in insurance she made the move into recruitment, specialising in the Insurance market where she was able to transfer her knowledge and experience to great effect. Emma has successfully sourced candidates for companies across the home counties and London and gets great satisfaction in helping people move forward with their careers.
Emma is married with 3 children and spends much of her spare time at dance competitions, football matches and keeping up with a busy toddler.
