Barker Munro Recruitment is recruiting for a small team of Customer Service Advisors to join a Claims management insurance organisation.
You will be trained to be the first point of contact for all policyholders across multiple insurance products. You will provide excellent customer service with natural ability to treat policyholders fairly and have consideration towards any incident/situation. Candidate will need to display active listening skills and demonstrate this on every call and can ask questions to ensure all the required information is captured.
This is a superb opportunity for anyone who has gained a bit of customer service experience and want to work within a business where they can progress their career. You will work a total of 37.5 hours a week and will need to work one Saturday out of three.
Candidates will have great communication skills and have passed maths and English in Secondary education.
