Seeking someone who can demonstrate experience within customer service and/or sales and who is looking to develop their career further within the Insurance industry.

An exciting opportunity is available for an Insurance Advisor. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the commitment to excellence. You’ll work closely with the clients to support policy administration and client retention. You will process general customer enquiries, policy alterations, renewals and introduce new/additional products and services to clients. There will be an opportunity to pro-actively establish new sales opportunities by cross selling and to be able to introduce the full suite of products.
About you:
• Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to an already existing and prospective client base.
• A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual and be comfortable dealing with people over the telephone
• Someone who is bright and engaging and shows initiative and has a “can do” attitude
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
• Sales and/or customer service experience from within the Insurance Industry would be desirable
