Insurance Sales Executive

We are looking someone who wants to be part of a team and develop both the business as well as themselves. 

We are looking for the applicants with the following:

• Be able to convert warm leads into sales 
• Motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets 
• Articulated, organised and totally customer focused 
• Be able to ask the right questions and match the client’s needs to the product
• Computer literate 
• Have the ability to overcome objections 

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a background in solid office customer service or sales and ideally with some exposure to working in the insurance industry – possibly from a motor fleet, taxi or Private Motor background – this would be a tremendous advantage, but not an essential requirement for the role as training can be provided.
