£30,000 - £38,000 plus commission (dep on experience)

Are you a sales leader with a passion for the insurance industry? Barker Munro recruitment is recruiting for a well-established brokerage in the UK insurance market, known for expertise and commitment to client satisfaction.
As a Sales team leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate the existing household insurance sales team. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and drive the achievement of sales targets. This role also includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting thorough market research, and collaborating with internal teams to foster growth.
We are seeking applicants with an insurance background and experience in sales / team leading. Strong skills in business development and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
