Senior Account Handler
£45,000 – £50,000 (DOE) TN postcode
Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Barker Munro Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected insurance broker as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Account Handler to join their established and friendly commercial team.
You will take ownership of a designated portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their trusted first point of contact and delivering a consistently high level of service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums typically ranging from £20,000 to £200,000
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Handling mid-term adjustments, renewals, and general policy queries
Liaising confidently with clients via phone and email
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
This is a role where your ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and stay proactive will be key to your success.

Solid commercial insurance experience gained within broking
Confidence in managing client relationships and handling a varied workload
