Senior Commercial Account Handler

Barker Munro Recruitment is working with a respected insurance business seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join their established team in Orpington.
This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial or corporate broking experience—or an insurer background—who wants long term career progression within a supportive, high performing environment.
The role
• Support Account Executives with renewals and new business
• Negotiate terms with insurers and produce client documentation
• Manage MTAs, queries, amendments and day to day client needs
• Attend client meetings and maintain accurate records
• Build strong relationships with clients, prospects and insurers
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development
• Ensure compliance with FCA requirements
• Hybrid working after training (3 days in office)
