Claims Handler – Commercial

The Role:
• Manage a portfolio of commercial claims
• Advise clients clearly, guiding them through the claims process
• Negotiate fair outcomes with insurers, loss adjusters, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records and support team initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes
About You:
• Claims handling experience
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communicator and team player
• Progress towards insurance qualifications is a plus
