Job Overview
As a Claims Handler, you’ll manage claims from start to finish, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused outcomes. You’ll work closely with internal teams, insurers, and clients to resolve claims efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle commercial insurance claims end-to-end including Motor Fleet cases
- Evaluate coverage, investigate losses, and negotiate settlements
- Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and vendors to drive resolution
- Analyse claims data to identify trends
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial claims handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
