As a pivotal member of the leadership team, you will play a central role in the next phase of the company’s growth. You’ll lead and develop high performing teams, refine and execute the sales strategy, and ensure the product suite remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and product functions to deliver sustained revenue growth
• Develop and execute a clear, data driven sales strategy
• Coach, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve and exceed targets
• Oversee product performance, pricing, and proposition development
• Identify new market opportunities and drive innovation across the portfolio
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape long term business plans
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

About You
• Proven leadership experience within insurance, ideally with exposure to commercial insurance products
• Strong track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
• Passionate about developing people and building high performing teams
• Commercially astute, analytical, and forward thinking
