Barker Munro Recruitment is working with an ambitious and expanding insurance brokerage, headquartered in Kent with offices across the UK, who is seeking a talented HNW Insurance Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic firm that values expertise, innovation, and client excellence.
As a HNW Insurance Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of High Net Worth clients, delivering bespoke insurance solutions tailored to their unique lifestyles and assets. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure exceptional service and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW clients across the UK
• Provide expert advice on personal lines including prestige home, motor, fine art, jewellery, and travel
• Build strong relationships with underwriters and insurers to secure competitive terms
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the HNW division
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in High-Net-Worth Insurance (essential)
• Strong market knowledge and insurer relationships
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Cert CII or working towards (preferred)
• Self-motivated, professional, and commercially astute
