£35,000 – £40,000 + Benefits Milton Keynes (Office based with hybrid working after probation)
Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a respected loss adjusting business seeking an experienced Liability Claims Handler to join their growing team.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of EL, PL and Products liability claims, including both injury and property damage. Working closely with adjusters, you’ll handle claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring accurate investigation, assessment and negotiation throughout.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing your own portfolio of liability claims
• Liaising with policyholders, brokers, solicitors and third parties
• Assessing liability, gathering evidence and preparing reports
• Supporting field adjusters with investigation and documentation
• Ensuring timely, fair and commercially sound claim outcomes

What You’ll Need
• Previous experience handling EL/PL/Products liability claims
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Confidence managing a busy caseload and making informed decisions
• A proactive, organised approach and excellent customer service skills
