Barker Munro Recruitment is seeking a motivated New Business Account Handler to join a highly successful team in the Motor Trade insurance sector. This full-time, permanent role involves winning new clients while building lasting relationships within this exciting sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm leads and self-generated opportunities into new business.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on strategies and attend client meetings.
- Conduct market research for competitive terms and ensure premiums are collected.
- Maintain accurate records and produce professional documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance market.
- Knowledge of motor trade insurance is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Ambitious mind set and positive approach are essential.
This role is based in Maidstone, ideally working onsite three days a week, with occasional travel for client visits.
