About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager with strong insurance domain knowledge to join our growing insurance business on a 6-month contract. This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery, documentation, and enhancement of insurance products, ensuring they meet the needs of brokers, MGAs, and delegated underwriting authorities (DUAs).
Key Responsibilities
• Lead product delivery and documentation across multiple insurance lines.
• Collaborate with brokers, MGAs, and DUAs to ensure product alignment with market needs.
• Translate complex insurance requirements into clear product specifications.
• Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analysis.
• Explore innovative applications of Agentic AI in product workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in insurance product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of broker, MGA, and DUA operations.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of Power BI (advantageous).
• Interest in emerging technologies, particularly Agentic AI.
• Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a growing business environment.
