An exciting claims opportunity in a well established insurance broker looking to expand their team.

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Claims handler who enjoys negotiating and managing each claims to a conclusion.

• Monday to Friday 37.5 hours  • Excellent career progression  • Blended approach to working in the office (1 day) and from home 4 days a week following training and passing probation

We are seeking candidates with previous exposure to Motor Claims and with knowledge of the Official Injury Claim (OIC) or Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portal ideally. Applicants should have great communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent time management and organisation skills. You will also need good numeracy / literacy skills and strong customer service skills.

The successful applicant will manage incoming existing customer enquiry calls, produce and issue renewal, mid term adjustment, and new business documentation and follow up and secure renewals.  You will be required to work productively and efficiently as a member of a sales team as well as contributing to team discussion in regards to progression and positive change. You will aim to achieve agreed sales & retention targets, both individually and as part of the overall team and be proactive in cross selling and advising on additional products which would benefit clients.

The primary focus of this position is building broker relationships while delivering excellent service including coverage and service consultation and strong market knowledge. You will assist in all aspects of servicing and developing new and renewal business. There is a strong focus on Property both residential and commercial, placing property risks both individual and portfolio

Key responsibilities will involve general administration duties in relation to home insurance and Insurance document processing, client and Insurer correspondence, renewals, sales support and managerial support.
