Applicants should have experience of negotiation complex Motor personal injury claims to settlement within either an Insurer or Solicitor (defendant). • This role will handle a claims authority of between 55k to 125k and will need candidates who have experience of dealing with claims of this level. • The successful applicant will have Liability and indemnity experience and will have used MOJ and OIC portals. • We need you to have dealt with Jurisdiction claims as you will handle English, Scottish and Irish claims.
