Barker Munro recruitment is working with an award-winning broker who is looking to recruit a team leader to their Claims team.
The job will be responsible for the smooth running of the Claims Team. With
responsibility for team members within your team on HR Matters, training and development.
Providing Claims service to clients and achieving their targets in line with company objective.
You will have previous supervisory or team leading experience and have solid Claims handling experience. Most Claims will be motor, liabilities and property cases.
Applicants must have a confident telephone manner, excellent communication skills and have an organised and systematic approach to work.
