Commercial Insurance Broker
£35,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience) + commission
East Kent (hybrid – 4 days in)

The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial Motor delivery clients, providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.

Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A background in commercial insurance, with a proven ability to deliver both sales and service excellence
- Knowledge of commercial fleet, delivery and/or HGV insurance (highly advantageous)
- A proactive, client‑focused approach and the confidence to build and grow a personal sales book
