Barker Munro Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a fast‑growing, client‑first insurance broker in their search for a driven Renewal Client Account Executive. You’ll be supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial clients to protect and grow renewal income through disciplined renewal management, proactive communication and negotiation, and consistently strong client results. This will involve visiting clients who are mainly based in Kent, Essex and M25 boundary.

You’ll be at the heart of the broker’s claims service, delivering confident, proactive support to commercial clients ranging from £5,000 to £300,000 GWP. Their client base spans motor/fleet, liability and material damage – including both standard and complex placements. This is a role for someone who loves getting stuck in, communicates clearly, and enjoys driving claims to resolution through strong insurer, adjuster and third-party engagement.

A unique opportunity to learn how to underwrite this niche product. We can consider candidates with at least 1 years exposure to underwriting or with Property or household insurance experience. This role offers hybrid working - in the office 2 days a week and 3 from home although you can work more days if you wish.

You will drive new business growth across the conveyancing and private client markets, promoting legal indemnity products and services. Huge earning potential.
