New Business Adviser - Private health
North Kent
£25,000 + commission (OTE £35k)
Barker Munro Recruitment has an amazing opportunity to join a highly successful sales team. With an attractive basic salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission and additional benefits, you would be joining a company with a fantastic working environment and plenty of career progression available.
This is NOT a cold calling Sales role but one where you are calling back customers who have requested a quotation for Private healthcare so you have an endless supply of warm leads.
An incredible uncapped earning potential with OTE of £35,000+ but with the opportunity to exceed this!

We are looking for individuals who are confident in discussing products and services. A strong ability to negotiate and build rapport quickly is also essential. To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be highly motivated and organised. We can consider any background if you have these skills plus a determination to succeed and a desire to earn well. You may be working in insurance, a call centre, a customer service team, retail or another business where you have had to work towards targets or can demonstrate these skills.
