The large loss Claims handler will be expected to travel to policyholders’ homes addresses 2 to 3 times a week to assess contents damage, record all loses, value and negotiate claim settlement for contents items

You will be required to review claims and associated call recordings and portal messages, as appropriate, to assess and score claims handling and customer journey

It will require a good technical underwriting knowledge in the Property and/or Casualty lines of business, as you will be responsible for underwriting key accounts, driving intelligent new business growth and acting as a senior authority holder within the business. You will also be responsible for supporting the wider progression of the Multinational team by providing training and development for less experienced team members.
