Barker Munro Recruitment are working with this highly superb insurance organisation who are looking to fill an Insurance Sales & Service Advisor in their Head Office.

We are looking for Insurance Sales & Service Advisors to help grow with the business, you will identify a customer's needs and demands and advise them accordingly.

You will be joining a dedicated and forward thinking insurance firm, with a proven track record within the industry and an excellent brand in a niche market that offers excellent career development within the busy insurance market.

Although the role sits within the Sales & Service Team, the position isn't heavily sales orientated and does not involve cold calling. You will work in a telephony team speaking to customers to determine their insurance requirements and selling them relevant products and services such as home, motor or Travel insurance. By offering expertise/knowledge on the relevant products and services you will be able to grow the customer loyalty.

You will be placed on an initial comprehensive training scheme to learn about the company, the services, systems and products before being part of the functional Sales & Service team.

You should be able to demonstrate the ability to build a rapport with customers on the phone with excellent listening skills and the ability to confidently deliver the information they require in order to sell the relevant products. Consideration will also be given to candidates with previous customer service experience or someone looking to change career or a graduate looking for their 1st step on the insurance ladder.

The role is 100% office based Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings with paid overtime.
