We are looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join a thriving business in Kent. This is a full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement after initial training which would be approx. 3months in the office.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of Payroll Bureau and be familiar with the CIPP qualification. However, hands-on experience and understanding of payroll processes is just as valuable. Consideration will also be given to applicants who work on internal Payroll and are looking to broaden their experience.
The role of Payroll Advisor requires a diligent and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for administering and processing payroll for a number of established clients, ensuring accuracy of pay and maintaining employee records. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and be a motivated team player.
The position offers a salary of up to £28,000 plus an attractive benefits package and bonus structure. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with colleagues who value your contribution.

We are looking for candidates who have:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Payroll Bureau would be ideal
• A solid understanding of payroll legislation
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A CIPP qualification is advantageous but not essential
