For experienced candidates across the UK, although if you’re based near to any of the offices, you’ll be welcome to spend time there meeting colleagues and working in a comfortable environment.

Working within an award winning Subsidence Team which is continuing to expand, you will be acting as a first point of contact for our clients and their customers, you’ll support them with any queries, whilst achieving key milestones by maintaining a robust diary system. You’ll recommend payments, produce client reports & letters, and liaise with contractors and other external suppliers to achieve the most efficient outcome.

Using your Claims experience, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience through pro-active management of subsidence claims which you’ll manage to conclusion.

We are seeking experience insurance candidates ideally from a claims background. You will have previous experience within a customer service office environment and be organised, diligent and able to run tasks through to completion. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential and experience of a computer-based claims handling system is required.

You will be given any training required and offered the chance to take your professional Loss adjusting qualification. The role offers an excellent benefits package, no weekend work and 25 days holiday.
