Are you an experienced Insurance Professional looking for your next challenge?

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Renewals Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have a broker or insurer background, a solid foundation of commercial product knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving targets, we want to hear from you! 

**What You’ll Do:** 
- Manage and convert renewal business in line with company targets. 
- Prepare market presentations and renewal reports. 
- Liaise with insurers and clients, both pre and post-sale. 
- Verify coverage, warranties, and endorsements to align with provided quotations. 
- Handle mid-term adjustments and manage incoming/outbound calls. 
- Correspond with clients and insurance companies, ensuring excellent service. 
- Cross-sell additional products and maintain compliance with FCA regulations.

**What We’re Looking For:**  
- Commercial insurance experience. If you have any knowledge of Property Owners, Tradesman or SME Package Business it will be an advantage.
- Holding or studying towards Cert CII qualifications (full support for professional development provided). 
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal). 
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers. 
- High attention to detail, excellent time management, and organisational skills. 
- A proactive team player capable of working independently.
